Dr. Ebel was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He is married with two grown children and two grandchildren. He moved to Florida in 1973 and was a Charter Faculty Member of College of Medicine, USF. His hobbies include playing tennis and visiting good restaurants. He and his wife enjoy spending time exercising with friends and family.
