I went to the urgent care for what I assumed was a broken foot. Thirty minutes prior to my visit, I had fallen off my motorcycle and all 700+ pounds landed on my left foot and shattered the outside bone in about 4 pieces. The clinic was rather busy, a lot of people had the sniffles, so there was a wait. However, I am telling my experience because the staff there was pleasant, knowledgeable and made me feel better thru the process due to their empathy and prize-winning bedside manner! It certainly eased my anxiety level to have smiles from the staff and be treated like a human being in need ins
