Born in London, Dr. Lewis grew up on the beautiful island of Barbados but has been in Florida since 2010. He enjoys traveling, listening to music and working out. He enjoys participating in, and watching, a wide range of sports including basketball, soccer and tennis. He loves spending time with family and friends.
