Doctor Nagamia is super. He takes time to answer my questions, explain my condition, educate, and make me feel he really cares. I was in TGH after bladder surgery and was being released but I had concerns about the release instructions. I was not able to reach a cardiologist on the floor so I called Dr. Nagamia's service for clarification. Although he is not on staff at TGH, he called me back within a minute and resolved the instructions immediately with my surgeon and nurse. Once again an outstanding job. I'm grateful to have him on my side.
