Breath of Fresh Air!

What a breath of fresh air! Hannah Brown is my mom's doctor. She is a true medical professional who takes the time to listen -- and listen attentively! Mom used to go to appointments solo but would forget to ask my questions, so the doctor suggested that I join mom for every doctor appointment. Though I am there, she speaks TO mom and brings me into the conversation instead of bypassing mom. We haven't resolved mom's issues but it is evident that the concern and problem-solving desire is real. Her office team seems to run smoothly, too, as there is rarely a wait. Hannah is an amazing listener who shows an incredible bias for action that gets results. Being in her care is like chatting with that super smart girlfriend you have who only gives the best advice. I’ve found my Provider of choice in Hannah!

Where do I start? July 15, 2022 is the first time I met Hannah. She wanted to know everything about me and how I was doing. I have a walker because I cannot walk well. She offered to open the outer door for me for easier transition. When we got to the checkout, I can feel a full body spasm coming on. They are debilitating and tighten my entire body. She immediately saw what was happening and had a staff member get me a chair. There she spent more then an hour helping me calm down. Her and Cherise were so helpful. I had been looking for a primary for a long time and I'm glad it is Hannah. She went above and beyond for my check up, addressed any questions or doubts and seems like she truly cares about her patients. She's intelligent, patient and kind and it made for more than excellent experience. Definitely my primary from now on.

Hanna is an A+++ provider. It was so refreshing to have a medical appointment with someone who wasn't rushed, asked all the right questions and was interested in your well being. Her office staff is also excellent and there was minimal wait time, even though I arrived a little early.
