Dr. Burton was born in Idaho and moved to Maine, but most of her childhood and adult years were spent in Tampa, FL. She went to the University of Florida for pre-med. In her spare time, she enjoys being a mom and sharing quality time with her family.

I have been a patient at Dr Burton's office for about 2 years now. Always have had great experiences. As of recently I have been under more health related issues than I care to deal with. I have been to Dr Burton's office multiple times within the past few weeks, one time she was even able to squeeze me in last minute within an hour of me calling. My short term disability and FMLA company have almost bombarded the office with filling out documents and faxing and re-faxing and not one person at the office bats an eye or wastes any time getting things done for me. I have experienced some challenging medical issues this past year. Since Dr. Burton is my primary care physician, I consulted with her first about what was going on. She was sympathetic to my plight and we discussed at length what the plan of care would be. She never once made me feel rushed. Recently, my wife, who is also a patient of Dr. B, happened to be in the office, and Dr. B asked her how I was doing. My next appointment with Dr. B happened to be in the next couple of weeks and I told her how touched I was that she would take the time to ask my wife about me. Dr. Burton has helped me in so many ways. She made sure I received all my exams and checkups, since I went two years without insurance after I retired. She is so helpful with all my questions and I always feel well taken care of. I even got my sister to go to her when she retired. She loves her like I do. I’m trying to talk my oldest sister into coming to her also! I would not have anyone else manage my health but her!
