I have been a patient of Scarlette Owens for about 17yrs+. What can I say…. She is the BEST APRN! She has a huge heart for her patients and truly cares. She has helped me through some terrible moments in my life and helped me make some great decisions with regard to my health. She always takes the time to listen to her patients and doesn’t make you feel like you’re just a number. I was so happy that I found her and was able to see her at Urgent Care. Scarlette has been my primary care provider since I left my pediatrician, almost 20 years now. My parents and I would travel to the other side of Tampa to see her.
